• You must maintain full coverage insurance (liability and comprehensive) which does not exclude rental vehicles. We will call your insurance provider to verify this information when you arrive to pick up your vehicle 

• You must maintain a valid drivers license, not suspended, at all times during your rental period

• Any additional drivers must be listed on our insurance policy as well as on the rental paperwork 

• There are daily mileage limits with our vehicles. We charge .25$ per mile if you exceed the limits. 

• Towing is allowed with our vehicles which are equipped with a factory tow hitch.*

• Some 3/4 & 1 ton trucks are equipped with goose neck hitches.**

• As a reminder, when this vehicle is in your possession (rented to you), you are 100% responsible for the vehicle just as if it were your own, this includes, but not limited to, hail damage, damage from weather, accidents regardless of fault, etc

 

*Discounts are available for those having their diesel truck serviced with us*. 

 

Currently we only retain 2 pickup trucks in our fleet. We plan to add smaller commuter cars in the future to accommodate those who do not need the full capabilities of a pickup truck. We proudly serve Sherman, McKinney, Bonham, Melissa, Anna, Prosper, Celina, Gainesville, and the surrounding cities and towns for rentals and diesel services. 

 

*All of our pickup trucks have a class 4, and higher, bumper pull hitch. So long as you’re within the designed & specified towing weight limits of the vehicle, towing is allowed. Never exceed the maximum towing capacities as listed by the manufacturer. 

 

**Renter must cooperate and strictly adhere to the maximum towing & pay load capacities specified by the manufacturer of their rented vehicle. Our vehicles are not available for rent to anyone wishing to add a trailer which would put the GVWR of the truck and trailer over 26,000 pounds.
